      Great pay and tech, but leadership issues persist

      Pros

      Pay much higher than market. Product is good and they use latest tech stacks in Cloud. Relaxed environment and people are good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership at US. Indian leadership is ‘Yes’ Man to them. Favouritism they don’t hide and promote only folks from their past organisation.
