Hindenburg and titanic all in one since management change
Pros
There is so much technical debt that you will never be bored. All the knowledge is housed in the people walking out the door so there will be a lot of hands on learning, and chances to shine by figuring out the easter eggs. Honestly not a lot of pros at this time, I can't recommend working for this company at this time, check back in 12-18 months.
Cons
The current senior management doesn't care about you in the slightest. Most senior management wont give anyone the time to day to talk to, unless you quit then you get a solid 15 minutes, or you are in their inner circle and have worked for them at a previous company. On average ~2 people have quit per week over the past 3-4 months due to the new management direction and lack of a plan. With them leaving the amount of company knowledge has dwindled to a handful of people leaving a massive blackhole in technical ability and knowhow of the products. Example of new management views : Holding company fired the old CEO because he refused to do a massive layoff during the pandemic, when he would rather look to 2021 and just weathering the storm of 2020. Holding company removed him added their own CEO and fired upwards of 60-70 people to hire their own team instead. They are only in it to make a buck and unless you fit that you will be pushed out.
