Pros

A few nice people but not many left now.

Cons

They have a vision and mission which they do not stick to all. All about the sales and making money for the senior managers, so they can have company cars and have bonus which they did no work whilst everyone else who was trying to make the company a better place and driving forward are forgotten about. Rubbish Location with a very outdated building for an office which is never cleaned. Horrid kitchen if you can even call it that more like a storage closet.

Pros

Lots of PTO Company Truck*

Cons

Micromanagement Your company truck, which you can use as a personal vehicle has a tracker. Sales Director wants you to spend as little as possible on hotels, food and truck expenses likely because he is compensated on being under budget. Ownership and management make direct to consumer sales a priority, which causes issues with dealers, aside from the other challenges it creates. Director of Sales will lie to you every chance he gets. The company is very greedy
