They will lie and manipulate you to make you believe you are the problem, that you are not dedicated enough or not owner material if you don’t do exactly as they say. BECAREFUL what you sign if you decide to join this CULT! You sign a legal document agreeing to take care of all legal matters in house. Sexual harassment is not taken as seriously as they will make you think. They brainwash you and make you spend your money for to sake of team building and TONS OF GAS MONEY. You will be driving all over the DFW area without any compensation. Depending on the team you’re put on, you’re every waking moment you are expected to be working without additional compensation. The culture of the men in the office is horrific towards women. If they aren’t willing to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they’re not core material and they are shunned, or tormented until they fold or decide to leave the company.
