the students there are out of control and there is nothing staff can do about it. I am surprised this agency is still open

Great health care and benefits for this line of work. Decent wage compared to other companies in the same field (depending on location). Plenty of time off. Plenty of opportunities to move or change positions within the company.

Cons

Administration could be more supportive of staff. Work can often times be too stressful for the wage. Depending on the location, youth can be extremely challenging.
