      Pros

      Good leadership, Good team sport. Flexible work hours and permanent work from home. Gave me freedom to code anywhere and got full ownership of things I do. Got Claude code subs 😉.. no leave policy and lot more… Overall enjoying it here..

      Cons

      Sometimes during releases you get burnt off and sometimes you feel the pressure. That’s part of the job. You work well, you get what you want. That’s a pro and a con as well.
