Pros

Friendly and real local management. True desire by staff to help clients.

Cons

Company was originally Events Online- a Canadian and then became part of Events.com a US company. They made large scale changes that hurt a lot of the Canadian clients that had supported business all along. They turned the Canadian office into a shell of what once was, told everyone that things were secure and there was opportunity to grow - then got rid of most staff within just a few months of their visits. While there they told everyone to invite friends to join the team, etc. Original owner / manager stayed on and was the only reason people didn't get dumped immediately upon company buy out.

Poor Infrastructure and poor Management team.

Pros

Hard workers, intelligent, reactive, kind, organized.

Cons

Never pro-active, poor framework, poor API's, Workers are over-worked, leaders are not on the same page, no clearly defined management infrastructure, poor inter-office relations.
