      Do not really care about employees not getting paid - no answers or timelines provided

      Great colleagues, great experiences. Love this Industry and the clients we work with.

      Cons

      It is very hard getting paid. A lot of people who currently work or who have worked for EPS will agree. You have to wait for weeks/months for a cheque to arrive by mail. We give 100% of ourselves then have to wait for weeks to see the money we are owed. Extremely frustrating, but even more frustrating is management's radio silence (ie your job is done, they could not care less), the lack of replies when asked about pay. We are told not to speak to the clients about pay - because they know perhaps no client would agree to such treatment. How about higher management, office staff, the CEO? Are they paid every few weeks or months? Top, middle and bottom we are ONE family at EPS and we should be treated the same, with dignity, when it comes to pay. If the CEO was treated the same, and paid every few weeks (it's never really specified when you should expect your pay), how would she feel? Would she accept this silently? EPS employees, EPS clients, are you reading this? Something needs to be done - this is a major issue.

      Thanks for the feedback - we very much appreciate it. I am sorry to hear that your paycheck was delayed, as this is not at all the typical brand ambassador experience. In fact, as of today we have a two-week payment turnaround for all field employees, which is one of (if not the) best payment times in the industry. I noticed that you mentioned you receive checks by mail, which could certainly stretch the time frame in which you receive your check. We encourage all of our field staff to sign up for direct deposit so there is no lag time. I would be happy to talk further about your payment, as well as any lack of communication on our part.       Pros

      You get a Phone, and Managers who know the bus schedule and are great at Charlie 123's. There are meetings where you can tell them your trouble areas. They will give you time off when they have no work.

      Cons

      It is a soul sucking company with no remorse for its mistakes. They have plenty to say when things don't go right, but if you ask for help ahead of time you might as well be yelling at an atom bomb. Being Furloughed and still being asked to perform the same job despite having 8 hours less was better than getting written up for not being available Saturday at 7:00pm despite having already worked 60+ hours that week. This company uses people like Toilet Paper, and when events don't go as "sold" they aren't afraid to flush. They will promise the world, and give you a picture of Pluto.

      Some team leads and tour managers I have worked with were very rude and unprofessional, event coordinators can't be honest at times and are unreliable
