Pros
Great people onboard, straightforward and clear company structure. Despite all the cons it’s still a pretty enjoyable toxic-free place to work in.
Cons
Benefits are quite scarce, no health insurance, outdated technology stack, relies heavily on a handful of clients in terms of income. For people hired in Serbia there’s no proper work contract option, people get hired as independent contractors instead.
