Bad management and supervisors! Hands down the worst place I've ever worked. From what I heard while there that the owners of this company have ruined it and are to cheap to hire a real CEO so they just replace them about yearly. The 3 1/2 . years i was there there where 3 different CEO changes and they keep getting worst. Miss work one day because your sick and you get a point against you even with a doctor's note. Plus many other stupid ways you get points against you and if you get 10 points your fried! There is nothing I can say positive about essner. There is osha violations and city violations going on because there to cheap to do things like mantance the proper way and disposal of harmful items. I took a job for the same amount of money and a farther drive just to get out of the there because I didn't agree with there work place ethics plus the horrible management
