      Great colleagues who are not in management.

      Cons

      No clear direction. Expanding into sectors without the necessary capability. Too many leaders, creating a clique environment. Not enough clients which can stop career progression and experience.

      Hybrid working conditions, if your client allows that. Friendly co-workers. Useful resources to leverage client work.

      Cons

      Keeping up appearances. Not enough clients, not attracting new ones; be prepared to be on the bench if this is the case. Few have mentioned here the after-hours bonding, which can sometimes be overwhelming.
