Pros
No matter how good of a job you do, no matter how much you have the owners back and best interest, they will still do you wrong.
Cons
Literally everything. Owner hires sh** people who don't know what they are doing and the pushes good, knowledgeable employees out by letting random new, white trash employees lie and make up stories about good wholesome emolyees.
