It's too bad that people had to leave because of management's irresponsibility!

The salary was awfully frustrating!! I could give a little tolerance if it was only the commissions, but not getting the salary on time is terrible!! No wonder the turnover is high, but management does not make any effort to it!

There are a lot of excellent people on the team with experience in solar.

Cons

All money is funneled to the top and the consultants make peanuts. A lot of OVERPROMISE and total UNDER DELIVERANCE the CEO has no experience of running a successful company and does not have a clue on how to lead an organization to sustainable revenue growth. He is directly responsible, not only for toxic culture, but also for the lack of success of this company. As someone with experience in the solar industry. I implore you, explore other options.
