- nice modern, remodeled office - offers extensive products and services to work on, catering to different needs in the healthcare industry - get to collaborate with multiple internal teams (local and abroad), vendors, and clients - opportunity to travel

Cons

Too many to list - Episource has a horrible management structure, creating a harmful work environment. Executives consistently demonstrate they don't know how to treat employees. There were too many instances where peers were held accountable for management's failed leadership. Certain departments are painfully micro-managed. Unethical business practices. Lack of professionalism. Increasing turnover. Nepotism does indeed exist.

some employees are cool to hang out with and good places to eat around the area

Cons

No appreciation from management, outsources everything to their friends in India or philippines, always end up doing more than what you signed up for, without compensation.
