      Pros

      Great team. Good leadership. Interesting problems to solve. Culture is friendly and inclusive. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Some cross team communication issues. However, this is minor in the grand scheme of things. Some growing pains, but we’re working things out.

      Pros

      You work on a super exciting product that benefits the lives of so many, and makes a real difference in bringing education and reading to the world. The people you work with are all like-minded, idealistic people. Management constantly trying to empathize with employees, and avoid burn out—providing company holidays, outings, "recharge weeks", and lifestyle budgets.

      Cons

      Pod-to-pod communication can be messy. Engineering is pressured to "move fast and break stuff" but then blamed when "stuff" is "broken".
