      Still Not Sure of Ephesoft Future

      Pros

      Good people, product improvements, overall innovative firm within a non-innovative industry

      Cons

      Senior Management going after much needed investments to build firm to a $100 Million + company. The industry is in a state of acquisitions, Ephesoft is not immune to this activity, could be best possible outcome for them, as I highly doubt that they can reach $100+ revenue on their own. Longer sales cycles for this Insight product, no real sales revenue in this space. Moving older sales people out of picture for younger staff, maybe due to expense?

      Unfortunately, this employee doesn't understand the company's long term goal of continually investing in the technology and top talent to be the industry's leader. Sometimes, it's best for people to find a company that fits their personality. We are a fast-growing energetic environment which isn't right for everyone.

      You will tortured each day. You will have to work 15 hrs a day to get salaries. you will have to be online 7 days a week. You will be threatened if you raise your voice.

      Maybe some of the employees. Best benefit: ping pong at the office.

      Cons

      Product has many issues. CEO is weak. CTO is a bully. Other execs have zero power. Strategy is flawed.

      This is a difficult thing to see, as it doesn't appear that this is the experience most employees experience. If you have concerns, we want to hear them. Perhaps spend time with our new head of product and share your thoughts on the product vision (they are very anxious to strengthen the roadmap!) also, if you can't share your concerns to your manager, perhaps contact the People team and share your thoughts there. We want you to feel heard if you have constructive feedback.
