Ego's need to be in check

Pros

They are really trying to put order into the sales process. Some of the PM's execute very well.

Cons

Management thinks very highly of itself and doesn't truly believe in empowerment, but they'll tell you they do. Messaging is inconsistent and the CEO has a temper. Some PM's need to be changed to help success happen.

Like Highschool, but not as fun

Pros

Small company where everyone knows everyone. Company throws lots of parties and get together, which could be fun. Everyone that works there is dedicated to their jobs.

Cons

Very clicky and gossip filled environment. If someone doesn't like the way you do something, rumors spread fast and you'll soon be in the CEO's office answering for gossip. CEO has a VERY short temper, Yelling and screaming a lot when he gets upset. Nepotism seems to also play a role, as managers and those in charge date each other. Everyone is under payed, except the CEO, CFO and president. this leads to a lot of unspoken resentment among the employees. Not a healthy work environment overall.
