Pros

Travel makes the job exciting. "Helping" the environment

Cons

Worst dive pay. company makes millions but starting dive pay is 15 an hour. Divers who have been here for more than one season still get that. They will bid an amount for divers per diem but will give them less than the contract bid, stealing literal food from their mouths. Good ole boys club can mess up anything but God help you if your not in the clique. No way to advance a dive career.

Dishonest management

Pros

Good co workers, sense of adventure

Cons

Horrible pay for the danger and responsibility, dishonest management that continuously promised advancement and better opportunities while confiding in other co-workers that their were no plans in place to actually do so. They will do everything they can to pigeonhole you into a low-level position if you are valuable to them because nobody wants to work for the paltry wages they offer. Constantly trying to make shoddy tools work because management refuses to buy the right tools for the job.

Pros

Strong focus on safety of employees, employee car provided, good work atmosphere within the office

Cons

-Disorganized upper management team, not great at identifying problems or issues within the company and properly addressing them -Lack of appreciation/ recognition for hardest working employees -Constant promises for salary increases that never happen -No overtime pay despite being required to work overtime -Passive aggressive/ straight up aggressive management style (hard to work with and more focused on disciplining employees for mistakes than working towards solutions)
