      real data-science, huge market, amazing culture

      Pros

      Solving a real problem with real data-science. Not half-baked data-science looking for a problem. Big, big, big market, lots of paying customers, great product A+ team, great leadership and a respectful, congenial culture that is all too rare in Silicon Valley

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere all over Great growth opportunities ,u grow with the company. Great managers and team members. Always supportive in all phase of works.

      Pros

      Good company culture - team lunches, outings, events etc. Work from home - flexible timings Opportunity to work with good teams Big customers in the US and Europe Nice pay with yearly appraisals

      Cons

      A Data Science company but very little development and evolutions on the tech side of the business. Minimal personal growth - When you use automated/outsourced tools you never learn how data science is done. Communication is a problem as most of the work is done with a team in the US Quality of recruiting is not good
