      Pros

      A positive and friendly environment with a great group of folks. Management treats employees very well. A great place to learn new technology in a non judgemental atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help. Career focused with room for growth in many different areas. Prizes and free snacks!

      Cons

      You have to make your own coffee. No disco ball in the break area.

      Excellent environment, wonderful colleagues, a family-oriented mindset, and a strong emphasis on contributing to shared goals.

      Cons

      Things I once viewed negatively have transformed into positives. Regular team meetings, which I initially thought were time-consuming, have actually been instrumental in aligning my goals with those of Entech. They've provided me with the essential feedback needed to achieve my personal work objectives
