1. If you don't know anything about the technology BUT you know how to talk in English then this company is for you. They will pay you higher for doing nothing. 2. This company doesn't know about the process so you just chill and relax and do whatever you want to do.
Cons
1. Management - This company has NO management. HR doesn't know about the policy. For everything they have one single 'This is Company's Policy' BUT they don't know what the policy is. 2. This company is not an IT company, this is a Lala Company. 3. From top to bottom Nobody stick on their words. They changed their words according to time. This is the most worst thing about this company. 4. Most senior person who has a lot experience (according to him), don't even know how to talk a senior while he is with his junior. 5. The HR policies are one of the worst policies because there are no HR policy in this company. This company has no policy in written. 6. In this company, they treats an employee like a servant. They don't know how to talk.
