- Team oriented, spacious offices, company is employee focused. - A/V Company with benefits - Career training via (Encore University), work from home/ pay raise guaranteed. - Financial Reimbursements (Certify). - Network to high end hotels and staff.
Cons
Hourly/Salary is not adequate to support my stable lifestyle goals. - Extreme hours and work, non stable hours/home life imbalance. - Slow Seasons - Personal transportation required to travel to work sites sometimes long distances. - Stressful environments at times due to lack of upper management support.
