      Work from home. Nice people at peer level.

      Cons

      New owner with restructured business model that forced people to either quit or get fired. Moved most work to Pakistan.

      They allow you to work from home

      Cons

      You have to work from home because they won't spend money on an office. Constant layoffs and departures. They've been in downsizing mode since acquiring the company a year ago. The new ownership has absolutely no understanding of how the software business works.

      Pros

      Great co workers a friendly environment great staff great hours little supervision allowed and trusted to get your job done without someone standing over you.

      Cons

      Theres no room for advancement. Wages could be better. Having a off weekend schedule. Vacation time you only get 10 days for whole year.
