Encompass Develop, Design & Construct Reviews

There are literally not enough words to describe how inept or hostile some of the people in the organization are. Everyone was constantly scrambling to have the newest, latest title. I find it mildly entertaining that an organization that is so "grounded" in helping out the little guy and living a wholesome life can be so hypocritical. A "Christian" company that does nothing but build casinos, horse tracks, and distilleries has clearly forgotten some of the words of Paul. Also, many of the vendors that are used are not able to handle the terms Encompass uses, and should be very wary of the contracts they sign before agreeing to them.

They ran into trouble and laid off 2/3of their lower-wage employees, and instead added more layers of corporate management. The mission seemed to go by the wayside, as profits seemed to take center stage.
