We are constantly trying to provide excellent facilities to all our freelancers and create an atmosphere of trust and affiliation. We believe in open and transparent communication. Hence, we have established an active feedback loop in all our processes to ensure that all our quality standards are met. Thank you for appreciatong our efforts. Volume of assignments differs based on subject areas as a particular subject area might have more assignments in a particular month and experience steep decline in volume in the succeeding month itself. Thus it may so happen that a freelancer might experience unbalanced allocation during certain months. However, our Project Management team ensures that assignments are spread across as much as possible to ensure that our freelancers do not feel overworked. We are worried regarding your concern for lack of work life balance. Through 5-day working week, flexible work timings, generous paid time off and special leaves (maternity, paternity, bereavement or marriage leaves) we extend our support and care to all our Crimsonites! We even have flexible public holidays so that Crimsonites can avail leaves from a list of public holidays as per their choice and need. In fact, we have mandated some leaves every quarter to ensure that our people take regular breaks from work. We have thoughtfully designed such policies to ensure that Crimsonites attend to their personal commitments seamlessly. We always strive to create a friendly and nurturing work environment for our people where all their needs are catered to and they get ample of opportunities to grow. To achieve this, all our people are regularly trained to conduct themselves according to our values and culture, as they are our true ambassadors and partners.
