AVOID working here. There are much better revenue cycle management companies to work for in the greater Nashville metropolitan area. I can speak firsthand and say that the positive 5 star reviews here are untrue and an embellishment of what EnableComp corporate wants you to think it's like working here. I've been berated, insulted, told to turn a blind eye to issues, instructed to lie, instructed not to go to legal when major health law, company policy and contractual violations were identified in addition to the countless personal moral injury and dilemmas I endured during my tenure there.

The management will be the death of this company. HR is a total joke and they are probably the ones leaving good reviews. HR doesn't respect privacy on issues, and tell the supervisors every complaint. I have never worked for such a place that promotes petty and catty behavior. You'd think that you're clocking in for high school everyday. The upper management of the company doesn't care that the whole company is falling apart, they only care about getting paid. People are leaving the company left and right. The management talk to the employees like dogs and will stop at nothing to humiliate you. They pitch core values that no ones follows or believesi. The benefits are the worst that I have ever seen. I would NEVER recommend someone to work here.
