Badly sinking ship - Director uStudio Employee Review

The people working at uStudio are beyond talented in their fields of expertise. By being able to learn from those that've perfected their craft over decades of experience, I too was able to mold into my role and begin delivering quality work to the team. It was a very important step in my career trajectory and the future for the company continues to shine bright as the team and product grow and develop.

Although the smaller team is efficient, you can sometimes feel the difficulties in planned work vs available resources.

uStudio has come a long way. As with all start ups things can be bumpy and lumpy. Ustudio has gone through a lot of that over the years, but the company could not be on a better path than it is right now. We have Fortune 500 customers who have been with us for 8+ years and continue to renew year after year. The leads for our Podcast App are pouring in at an unbelievable rate. We have a team of folks that are all marching together with a well defined purpose. The leadership team is strong and have come from some amazing companies in town where they have been successful in the past and intend to continue that success at uStudio. We have a great work/life balance here as well as a great benefits package. It's a very exciting time to be at uStudio and I look forward to see how the future plays out.

Can't think of any cons to report on. If you are a strong, independent, self-motivated, critical thinking, team oriented worker you will do great at uStudio.
