      Pros

      Good for getting first work experience. Your improvements are deployed into production quickly. Colleagues are friendly

      Cons

      I've experienced too many unfulfilled promises regarding career development. There has also been a frustrating lack of transparency regarding the stock options I expected to receive. Although the working language is English, there appears to be a preference for German speakers in many interactions. Salary also seems to be below the market average

      Pros

      Very chill and flexible environment. Currently the team is small so it's very easy to communicate your ideas and opinions with the co-founders but I believe this might remain the same even after the team grows. Also, the company has already geared up it's management and internal communication for scaling.

      Cons

      A bit far from the city but the connectivity is good. Also, disappointed that I haven't met the office dog but from all the stories I have heard I think it's for the better.
