Pros

They'll pretty much hire anybody.

Cons

They change commission mid month so you earn much less, don't pay out earned commissions when you leave the company. They use a third party called HelloTech for installations and they cancel reschedule at least 50% of the time as a result half of your sales are cancelled.

Pros

Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

Cons

Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
