      In the beginning it was ran by someone else as a VP in sales and was better.

      Cons

      They are sexiest, discriminate and harass you. You will get wrongfully terminated for documentation on FMLA

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
