      Pros

      The hours were good, the environemnt was very friendly. Everyone was upbeat. I enjoyed everything they had to offer.

      Cons

      At times felt very tedious but overall it was fun. Some of the coworkers were a little annoying and decided to watch netflix the whole time and thats it. The contract ended early.

      Pros

      Ooma actually walks the talk on culture; leadership communicates openly and the collaborative vibe is real, always working on cool new things. Work-life balance has flexibility built in when life happens, which truly matters.

      Cons

      Remote = flexibility. Also remote = occasional existential loneliness. Trade-offs.
