Pros

- multiple locations across US/Canada - has good financial backing for acquisitions

Cons

- negative environment, senior managers are incompetent but also want to "lord" their "status" over you - old school management style: stick to your own lane, don't work as a team, do way more work than your job should be and dont get credit - micromanaging CEO - miserable staff - poor HR - horrible trust issues with employees - staff turnover is extremely high, constantly - strange dynamic with senior management and you can get fired if they feel like they dont like you for a personal reason - no job security - no loyalty to employees - lured in with bonus promises for lower salary, bonus is always undercut - nepotism

Pros

Great pay, great benefits, nice office space, great employees.

Cons

This is a boys club! They had one female executive and got rid of her and replaced her with a man. There is 0 loyalty at this company. They have great people working for them but are cut throat and out for themselves. I've seen a massive amount of turnover since I started and the employees are often scared that they will be fired. The CEO is completely out of touch and a megalomaniac and has a terrible reputation.

Pros

Competitive compensation package, and health benefits, nice offices and work environment, excellent hiring practices and they've assembled a quality team of people.

Cons

Cut throat culture, ruthless dictator for a leader, in whispers around the office the CEO is referred to as Darth Vader. I think this company is a ponzi scheme. They keep buying up profitable companies to cover for their in-house deficiencies and keep the venture capital money rolling in. This company has zero loyalty to anyone, and if you're not a "yes man", and you think you can make a difference by sharing what you know, you'll be targeted as an irritant, and soon removed. It didn't happen to me like that, but I saw it happen many times.
