Data that they have holds great potential - but the lack of vision is driving things south

- Senior leadership is treated as expendable. People at the top are fired suddenly, without transparency or notice — in one case just weeks after a glowing picture of revenues was painted. - The financial rewards are concentrated in the hands of the CEO and his close inner circle. Very little value trickles down to the broader team. - The India office runs mostly on grunt work with no meaningful exposure to actual clients or business-side engagement. - Growth and promotions are not merit-based; it’s more about being a yes‑man and staying in the good books of the coterie. - Engineering here is directionless. For example, massive resources have been sunk into a so‑called “Federated Clinical Analysis Platform” — a white elephant that adds no real business value while other companies thrive without such heavy infra. - Product vision is skewed. Engineers (instead of customers or functional experts) drive product decisions, but the reality is the product is designed for an audience of one — the CEO — and his inner circle in the US and India. - Minimal salary increase in last 4 years and working under the pressure of job-loss - Overall trajectory looks worrying; many signs point to this being a sinking ship rather than a company building for the long term.
