Thank you for your feedback. We’re constantly looking at ways to ensure our colleagues are supported throughout their careers and this includes receiving clear objectives and regular appraisals within their roles. Since October 2018 we have had two fully trained mental health first aiders and aim to do all we can to avoid crunch and overtime.
