Beer Friday (1-2 hours of company meeting with beer) Monthly lunch - employee pick what they want to eat for lunch, company pays "Unlimited" vacation - only if approved by managers. Approval rate varies across deparment Great people - most of the people who work there have great personalities, those are the ones that you would love to hang out with after work
Cons
Location - not ideal, requires busing and subway if taking public transportation Salary - well below market level for the same position or for the same tasks Process - still figuring out the right process to do everything right. Management - not enough autonomy and lack of consideration. Growth - not ideal for people who want to growth within
