Cons

- Leadership is often misaligned with what the sales team needs to succeed, appearing out of touch with modern sales strategies and relying on outdated methods reminiscent of the 1980s. - No one in leadership has firsthand experience selling the product, which leads to a lack of effective direction and actionable strategies for the sales team. - The absence of a standardized pricing sheet or guide forces salespeople to essentially create prices on the spot, depending on the customer. This inconsistency can undermine trust and make the sales process more challenging. - The process of obtaining a quote for a prospect is painfully slow, typically taking around two weeks just to receive an initial quote. - Even after agreeing on a price, it can take an additional 2-3 months to finalize a contract, resulting in a sales cycle of at least five months from the initial conversation to contract signing. - Many prospects express that the company is out of touch with the current market, making sales difficult to close. - The company desperately needs a complete overhaul of its leadership team to turn things around. Currently, it feels like everyone is operating in a state of denial, disconnected from the reality of the marketplace. - Despite having a product that is a "nice-to-have" rather than a "must-have" for most prospects, no one in leadership seems to have a clear vision on how to improve the company’s standing. This is particularly disheartening given the presence of many amazing and talented employees who deserve better direction and support.

Used to be great support with the team, then everything changed.

They claim its a small family culture. (Red Flag) Management is extremely poor and communicates false promises. Working hours are horrible, especially when on the weekend shift. I was promised an advancement opportunity. An announcement was made via email to management and everything. Was lied to about having a pay increase (to be made sometime in the future)... and after a few months in my new position, I was brought back down to my original position. (no pay increase made) Not because of any lack in skills, but because it was their plan all along. They decided to let go management (that has been with the company for a long time) and replace them with people who have no idea about the product, which lead to multiple changes, on a weekly basis, very poor morale and people jumping ship. They didn't (and still don't) have enough members to work adequately. The team used to be great, but it all went downhill too quickly. The turnover rate is extremely high. I would not recommend this position to my worst enemy.
