Pros

- A lot of technical learning on Salesforce and new technologies - Teams is collaborative and helpful

Cons

- They consider you as 'use and throw'. If you, unfortunately, land in this company, just learn and leave. This company can be a stepping stone for you but not the one you'd want to serve. - Whatever hard work, restless nights you put into their aspirations, recognition will be to only a couple of persons. - They don't know the concept of SoD (segregation of Duties). Be it technical, be it business or be it administrative; just those couple of people are involved in any planning and decision making. - If you are working for stretched hours, it's your job; but if you want flexi hours or WFHs you are slapped with policies right onto your face. Funniest example is they have a policy of coming to office latest by 11AM else quarter day salary cut-off after 3 late comings; but their policies don't say anything about if an employee is on meetings till 1 AM in the morning. If you stayed late due to official work, just forget about you'll get the dinner reimbursement from the company. - If you decide to leave them, they will find every vague reason in the world to deduct the money from you (variables specially). You are only an asset to them till the point you are ready to work as per their choice. - You should never talk about your hard work here; if you say so, they say we are paying you salary for your hard work. They keep forgetting that they are paying the salary of 9 hours 5 days a week. They forget that employees work hard to get a good appraisal and 100% variable. - They have a show-off of appraisal cycle and related activities; but eventually everything is decided by top management. Bands are fixed ad you'll be paid accordingly irrespective of whatever you have done. - Comptenecy Matrix for your role will hold whole world's job responsibilities and if you anyhow manage to reach that mark then you are just 'meeting expectations'. No one in the company know what a person will have to do to get an 'Exceeding Expectations' rating. But still, some people get it because they work like they exist for the company only and not their family. - Many surveys will be sent to you about employee experience to make it look like company cares for you; but none of them gets to fruition. - In other companies HR is usually there for taking care of employees; here the HR is for scolding them and treating them like they work for the HR only. Very egoistic HR. - Drastic failure of planning right from top-level which eventually leads to screwed work-life balance of employees. Director level employees also get to spend their night in front of screens because of this bad planning. - Recently when several experienced people left the company, no one even initiated a discussion for retention. The company was happy to let them go as if they were burden on them.

Pros

I really can’t think of any. They have Friday virtual yoga. That’s about it.

Cons

The interview process was so disorganized. I was hired for one role and was put on a project in a much junior role. Since then the project has been horribly planned and rushed. The solution design seems to change daily. Meetings pop up on your calendar sometimes 15 mins before. People seem stretched way too thin. I’m on calls in late afternoon where people verbally acknowledge they haven’t eaten yet that day. They make their India team stay on calls well past midnight their time. There seems to be no respect for a work life balance. I’ve worked at one of the big 4 firms and never felt this miserable or that my life balance was such an afterthought.
