Respect, Trust, Credibility, Fairness and Pride are the pillars of this company making it one of the great places to work at. Senior management is always responsive to its employee’s needs and requests. The on-boarding processes are smooth and pain-less. The company really takes good care of their employees. The company looks for passion in its employees and strives to preserve it. Monthly reviews, all employee meetings, impromptu visits from the CEO, extra-curricular activities etc. keep the employees engaged and interested.
As our recruiter would sell it and our CEO would chant it – “in-tech is a cool company” and I endorse that!
Cons
You wont get in if you lack passion. In all honesty, there is no con that makes this company undesirable.
