Pros
You choose your hours so you can work as much or little as you like. You work from home so you don't have travel expenses and as long as you look good from the shoulders up you can wear pyjama pants and slippers if you want! The students are lovely and if you prove yourself as a good and reliable teacher the company rewards you with different kinds of classes that pay better than the regular ones you start with.
Cons
It is hard sometimes if students don't rate you or give you a low rating for no good reason. Sometimes I feel like I've taught a really good class but if the students don't bother to give you a rating you don't get paid any bonus, and the base rates are pretty rubbish. The IT team are sometimes very nice and sometimes very rude.
