Hourly rate is far below the minimum wage for the United Kingdom which is illegal and despite several requests for an upgrade to match the minimum wage I have been denied. Sessions can be cancelled if you work for the REG team up to 1 minute before and quite often students just don't turn up. I work for a different team than the REG team so am guaranteed payment - but this took me 3 months to get into! Don't believe the lies of £31 per hour! You get much much less than this!
