      1. Good environment and work culture. 2. Supportive and cooperative Manager as well as team member. 3. Salary on time. Even in covid we receive salary on time. 4. Yearly appraisal based on your performance.

      Cons

      Rarely happens that you might have to work more or longer than your daily office time. But it's normal, not only in iTGS but also in many organization you have to stay late if their is pending work
