-iT Gurus software has very good infrastructure . -it good company for fresher level but for experience level not that good

Cons

-Poor documentation after changing iT Gurus I come to know about importance of Documentations. -Senior management not at all cooperative they can fire you anytime if you utter a single word against them. -Pune senior management is extremely close minded they want work work work and that too on penny compensation.
