Pros

Now that I've stepped back and can look at these 2.5 years with a clear head - I'll say it honestly, without any emotional bias: it was absolutely worth it. When you're deep in the work, you don't notice it. Not everyone can thrive here, and not everyone can keep up with the pace and the culture. But this is the best company to learn how to operate under chaos, tight deadlines, and high-stakes communication. This is not your typical LinkedIn-alike post. This is really what's going on inside. If you got hired to a senior position - you are not paid "just to work" and do what you are supposed to do according to your specialization, but you are here to fight with competitors and think beyond your box. Of course you get your salary, but next month competitors can eat you, and the whole company will be looking for a new job. The experience I've gained here has shaped me into someone who can lead small teams and products, navigate ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced environments. I've learned to communicate across levels, prioritize under pressure, and leverage tools - including AI - in ways that most teams are only beginning to explore. What stands out the most is the culture of relentless growth: no shortcuts, always something new being brought in, something being cut where needed, and always those sharp questions that force you to think - the ones that make you realize you hadn't thought far enough yourself. I'm grateful to have found this place. The best 2.5 years of my career - as challenging as they were.

Cons

Sometimes communication is tough, very tough. Most of hires are not a fit and got fired, so need to spend time to cover the process gap in delivery. Top 5 things - upper-management listents to you. Not every time, but the trend for an issue is visible and I am greatful my team wrote top 5 things,

Pros

iSpeedToLead is built for people who want to win. Compensation is well above market, bonuses are unlimited, and the product is solid — delivering real value instead of relying on hype or outside funding to mask mediocrity. The company is profitable, constantly evolving, and continues to grow at a fast pace. For high-performers, this is the best environment you could ask for: fast-moving, no ceiling on earnings, and a culture that rewards execution over politics. Your results directly impact the business, and you’re surrounded by teammates who are equally driven. Support and training are exceptional. Continuous learning is strongly encouraged, with resources always available. Management invests heavily in development and is accessible — even on weekends — to coach, answer questions, and push the team forward. If you’re serious about growth and results, iSpeedToLead is a career-defining opportunity.

Cons

If you’re a low-performer, this will be the worst company for you. There’s no room to coast, no “easy chair” jobs, and no tolerance for excuses. Accountability is high & transparency is real.

Pros

Some coworkers genuinely care and want to do right by customers. If you're scrappy, self-taught, and used to chaos, you might survive here long enough to pad your resume. Early morning flexibility if you're a night owl or early riser.

Cons

Leadership is obsessed with sales growth but has no understanding (or respect) for support, operations, or customer success. Systemic refusal to onboard, educate, or empower leaders brought in to "fix" problems. Constant shifting of priorities without documentation, training, or alignment. Blame culture from the executive level down – expect public callouts and no ownership from leadership when things go sideways. Toxic refusal to invest in backend systems needed for sustainable scale (think: duct tape solutions and then blame when they fail). Gaslighting: Issues you raise will be minimized, denied, or twisted back onto you. Career development? Nonexistent. You are there to solve problems they caused and absorb their fallout.
