      High salaries, terrible culture, constant hiring and firing. Strongly not recommended.

      high salary, ambitious plans, US market

      Cons

      Highly energetic and deeply incompetent management, starting with the CEO. An aggressive environment built on distrust. No schedules, roadmap, strategy, or documentation - everything is ad hoc. Work is close to 24/7, with urgent messages even at night. The CEO reviews employees’ screen recordings, and everyone is required to install monitoring software on personal laptops.

The team is open to new ideas, gives trust and responsibility, and allows you to work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact on operations and revenue.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing and moving fast, sometimes there are many urgent tasks at the same time. It requires flexibility and good prioritization, but it is also one of the reasons why the work is interesting.
