Not sure about the future - Anonymous employee iRobot Employee Review

Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies

Remote Growth Encouraging Innovative Flexible used to have amazing culture and values - all ratings would be at 5 star up until recently.

Not sure if the culture and values will continue or if they will become lost with new ownership. With this in mind, because of uncertainty... I give all the ratings below a 3. Until I learn more I cannot honestly in good faith refer a friend. pay/work low staffed going through turmoil restructuring resent uncertainty
