      The work at iRobot is hard to beat if you enjoy robotics

      Cons

      Upper management turns over every couple years which brings along re-orgs and a constant in flux roadmap, limits the developmental risks new projects take on

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
