      * Management has decayed over the last several years as cronies of existing executives have been added. * Several rounds of layoffs and heavy voluntary attrition. * An impending acquisition by Amazon could mean drastic changes to company's structure, personnel, and values. * Highly risk-averse business plan and recent poor earnings reports. * Isolated pockets of sexism and bigotry can make the workplace unpleasant if you're unlucky.
