      Pros

      Good benefits such as dental/medical insurance. Good base salary wit flexible working conditions (WFH or office). Company quite often sends out gestures of good will to your home such as fruit baskets etc.

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
