      I work with some really smart people iRobot is investing in DEI groups For the most part we have a flexible work schedule

      Culture is changing specially given the WFH environment it is harder to keep and/form new bonds

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go
