      Pros

      robotics is a challenging but fun area to work in. Engineering decisions are data-driven and management create a great environment for creativity.

      Cons

      Growing pains, esp. interactions with contractors and temporary hires. Getting political but not too bad. This is not as big a problem as many other places Engineering titles are not standardized

      Good working culture, people are co-operating, Company cares about employee, Treated employee very nice when company was in good condition, Still helped former employee to look for new job when the company had to let people go

      Unfortunately the company made strategic mistakes and lost competitive edge to foreign companies
